I would have some sort of faith in a 3-1 comeback if the heat weren’t just simply a better team

I couldn’t disagree more. I have faith because I truly believe we are the better team. We clearly laid an egg tonight but for the majority of this series we outplayed them.

A team that slept walked through most of the game doesn’t have enough balls or heart to come back from 3-1. They’re done they are not winning another game

Yeah these guys are done. They look ready to go home.

I think Celts should consider trading Smart. His value is at its highest right now.

Agree totally, sick of his act
Was wondering how long it would take to see this
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Time to hear Scal and Perk polish this giant turd.
Perk calling out Brad for a poor coaching job and mentioning Spo looked like he prepared

Glad he did. But does nothing

Brad is extended to 2022. Wyc prob extends him again until 2025

We are clearly the better team..I agree but they have been the better closer by far...when we start rolling we start getting complacent

How did we turnover the ball so much and let so many second chance shots be taken? We can win 3 in a row but it will be hell to do it...

Time to hear the sunshine-and-lollypops Positivity Police on CB and CS polish this giant turd.

Give me a break. Celtics put up a dud for sure, but there’s no valid reason to believe they absolutely can’t turn this around. If it wasn’t for a career game from a rookie, Celts probably win this one easily.

If Only Gordon was Gordon then this could be a different series altogether.

unfortunately there is just no more time for him to come back as normal in this series or the next.

how do we shot so bad this game...Maybe the break really did not do us any favour at all...I for one think Boston is an atrocious team when playing after 3 days rest.

Another choke. Fumbling the ball, bad passes, making misreads on defense, poorly timed double teams, not anticipating rebounds.

All of this is focus. Miami has had it, we have not. Poor focus will slow the fastest of legs and stymie the best passers.

As Doc Rivers once said "the answers are in this locker room." Better find them fast.

Tough loss, but it's time to channel our inner Jokic/Murray

They would have to catch complete fire because the heat are simply better at playing basketball

Miami deserved this game.

Can’t blame Brad. We were sloppy and impatient.

Tyler Herro is the real deal. What a joke he is in the 2nd all rookie team.

I'm surprised people still think we're the better team.  We're clearly not.  "Better" teams out-execute their opponent in the 4th quarter.

Well, look at the bright side.

The season starts again by early January 2021.

If you're a Pats fan you have Cam to look forward to.

If you're a WASH fan, you have Chase Young to look forward to.

The Celtics looked listless and unconcerned during majority of the first half. That for me is a failure in coaching. It was as though Miami was the one down 2-1 in the series. Spo has totally outclassed Brad in this series. We may have the superior talent, but right now Miami has the superior team. Good coaching does that.

Schooling Ainge. They are already going back the finals after losing Lebron and Wade years ago while Ainge keeps collecting picks and drafting guys that can’t get off the bench. Riley drafts Herro who embarrassed the Walker who is a max contract player. Hayward and Walker are way over paid right now.
