Brad better not just decide to bring out the entire bench right now since we have a big lead. Keep some of your starters (at least 1 or 2) there at all times and rotate. Don't let up!

Great defense that quarter, but the offense still needs work. Still missing too many open looks, and they don't seem to know how to attack a zone defense.

Great 1st quarter. Our shots weren't really falling either, but when you play D like that it doesn't really matter.

We generated great looks pretty much all quarter.  A bit disappointing we're only shooting 45% and 27% from 3, but can't complain about the lead.

We could be up a lot more! Crazy but true.

You'd think we'd be down 10 points with the negativity around here ;D. Can't complain about anything so far. Just make sure the bigs come up to contest those 3's off the pick-and-rolls.

if it weren't for the off rebounds by OG, we would have held them to about 7 points

Siakam
Van Vleet
Lowry
Gasol

These young men have combined for 2 points in the first quarter.

Why dont we ever run a play at the end of the quarter?

they do, it is called ISO lol
Lol indeed, I hate it.
Btw, a thing that seriously irks me, there wasnt a Cs broadcast this whole series. They're playing Raps clips all the time, so weird

The rebounding and energy has been great thus far. Our defense has always been there, but holding the Raps to one shot is a big diff vs the previous game

Hopefully the trend continues!

My only complaint is that the c's passed out of a couple layups to take threes. I'm all for taking threes but if you're Kemba Walker and you find yourself deep in the paint with the rim protector out of position take the layup.

Three point watch the Raps are 1-9, the C's are 3-11.

Yup. Could easily have a 20-point lead. And as Game 3 proved, missed opportunities can prove costly in the end.
