I just don't get why a cut would stop anyone from playing at all. The fear of concussion is real and warranted, but a cut?

I know that from the land of rugby and Aussie Rules it probably looks like a small cut but it didn’t look like it when he face planted straight onto the floor face first from about 8 feet up and blood splattering everywhere 

He obviously passed a concussion test, looked like he was done for the game when it happened

Our rules dictate that players have to get off if they have running blood because the players never would of their own volition
