The crowd noise is just for the fans at home, right?

Players cant hear it??

I thought so but apparently they can.

Sloppy sloppy first half and only down by 1

Felt like philly gave us their strongest punch and we withstood it. Hopefully we tighten up the second half and wrap up this series.

I also think Harris will get ejected, he is not happy today.

76ers doing a ton of complaining when they've still got largely the more beneficial whistle (+2 fouls in their favor) this game and all series long. The refs just shifted their inconsistency in our favor in the second quarter.

You know whats funny, i've listened to a couple sixers podcasts this series and they would tell you that its Boston thats got the more beneficial whistle all series long.

Philly has tried to keep Tatum from getting going and it has basically worked.  JT with only 6 shots.  Philly has been over playing to him a lot.  The def from Philly overall has been better, so we are going to need to keep being patient and move the ball.

Kemba was outstanding in the first half

Yeah Kemba has been great, super efficient on offense.  Keeping us in the game.

Glass half full: at least were only down 1 despite all the FTs and turnovers.

Disappointing first half.  Biggest frustration has been Brown turnovers and Tatum unable to shake Richardson.  Embiid physicality has been manageable  mostly because he is shooting poorly at the free throw line. Sixers really should be up by about 10 at half time.

Let's hope Brad makes a good adjustment going into 2nd half. Philly is leaving it all out on the court.

Thought this would have been a good game to experiment with Tacko playing Embiid, if just for a few sequences.  A 3-0 game is one where you can afford to take that chance.  Not any other.

I can't be the only one who finds it absolute cringe when Horford makes a bucket and flexes + showboats a bit. And then these ESPN commentators are showering so much praise on him.

Al, you're team is down 3-0, you're getting paid 110M and you've probably made a grand total of 20 points this whole series. Chill.

Win or go home, one half left, they are gonna leave Embiid in there for as long as they can.

It would be a shame if he hurts himself out of exhaustion.

I've been impressed with Josh Richardson the last two games. It also helps that the 76ers have mixed up their defensive coverages a little. Embiid isn't dropping quite as far back, they occasionally blitz his in the PnR. It hurts that Hayward is out, it allows Phili to send more help at Tatum.

That said because Richardson is guarding Tatum the 76ers have no one to guard Kemba. So even with just six shots the mere threat of Tatum is making the Celtics better.

That's good. Feels like there is actual home-court advantage for the home team.

How come the Celtics "home" games aren't as loud as the 76ers' "home" games  :(

Maybe there’s not enough of us clicking our cheer apps  :-\

Yeah completely.  Al was a complete no show for the first 3 games for them.

I didn't expect Richardson being that good in defending Tatum. Al clearly couldn't handle him, but Josh is slowing Jayson down to some degree.

I mean, through 3.5 games thus far we've had +10 fouls called on us and they've had 21 more free throws, all while in every game except today's game we've had one or more of our three best players in foul trouble limiting their playing time. Soooooo....
