Of course they do. Low ad revenue in a sweep, plus the NBA probably wants its boy Embiid to get more national TV time.

Yeah, if I'm paying for a commercial slot I'm paying a heck of a lot more for an NBA playoff time slot than whatever other programming they have on nobody is watching.

The NBA needs to scavenge every last nickle they can with the money they are losing from no fans.
