Man, sometimes I feel like you're not even allowed to exist on defense under modern rules.  Offensive players initiate so much contact that gets called on the defender.

Can be frustrating to watch at times.

Theis is so weak defensively against Embiid, so him missing open 3s makes him a real negative. If he's missing 3s and being bullied by Embiid all he really provides is screening
