Thoughts on a post shot clock-pre three point line draft?

Gotta say I think I like the 20 year span era of this draft to an All-Time Draft. Maybe we do an 80's/90's version for the next Historical Draft? I would want to be a GM in that.

I feel like we did one of those years & years ago.  Can't remember the year but thought it was a similar date range.  Could be wrong
I think you're right. But we've done 2 all-time drafts and I think that draft happened.....8 years ago??

That wouldn't shock me.  I also have "2010 Historical Draft Overall Winner" in my signature and I have zero recollection of what my team was that year.

Guess this as good a time as any to say that Kyrie Irving is available. Pm me if you're interested.

Was the Pick 2 Draft your creation, Roy? That was a bunch of fun.

Concept to those that don't know is you got assigned a current franchise with their current rosters, got to pick 2 players to keep on your team then everyone else goes into the draft pool to be drafted.

Unique concept and really fun. Made for some interesting trades.

What about a 2019-2020 season draft? It seems likely that there will be no NBA champ this season. Why not redraft the whole league and vote for our own champ? :P
That is what is called a Celticsblog(CB) Draft but would be a CelticsStrong(CS) Draft now. We used to do them in the summer and even got to draft the players that got drafted that year.
I'd love to participate in a CS Draft! 8)

With the 14th pick in the 12th round, the Dallas Mavericks select Robert Horry.

With 12(13), the Toronto Raptors select a two way guard who's excelled in both a secondary and main role in recent years:

Malcolm Brogdon

Yep.  Pick 2 was something I came up with.  Really fun, without being competitive.

The CB Draft was CFF and me, improving upon something that RealGM was doing at the time.  That one turned a bit clique-ish and overly competitive over time.

And an absolute nightmare of epic proportions for the people who had to Commish it.

Yeah.  The reason it died was largely because being commissioner turned into a massive game of “not it” on the staff.
