I wasn’t sure which pick to go with:

Brad Miller
One of the dirtiest players around but he had one heck of a first year in Sactown. Hated the guy but he could produce.

Miller was pretty ahead of his time. Feel like if he was born 10 years later he'd have been a multi-time All-Star
I think he was a multi time All-Star

Duh, my bad. Forgot he made it in Indiana. Forgot he played there at all tbh

He actually was a multi-time all-star, but yeah, his skillset fits perfectly in the modern era:  he passed, spaced out to the 3PT line, rebounded and defended both inside and out.

And for his time, could stretch it out to the 3 point line and hit the occasional 3 at an okay %

Boston Celtics will take Goran Dragic pick 12.8

Dragic has played as a backup IRL for my starting PG Steve Nash and done so with distinction. He has also played well in a two PG backcourt (doing his best Ginobili impression en route to All-NBA 3rd Team) which gives me some lineup flexibility.

This is at least the 3rd time I have had Dragic in one of these CB Drafts. The previous two were both in Pick II Drafts. One as a starting PG in a run and gun offense. The other playing big minutes as a bench combo guard (Granger was also on that team).

Good passer, good rebounder, could stretch the floor, strong enough to hold his own in the paint

Slow lateral quicks, bad pick n roll defender, bad defender on the perimeter

A very poor man's Jokic. Good pick! I was considering him since I missed on Jokic and Sabas. Oh well.

Jokic if instead of having Rondo-like passing he beat people up instead

I think this might be the first time ever we had a father and son selected, not only in the same draft, but also, the same day of the draft.

Too bad, I was hoping the Sabonis combo would play together.

With the 10th pick of the 12th round, the LA Clippers select...

Josh Smith!

Don't let the frankly shocking way his career ended sour your view on him - he could ball in Atlanta in the late 2000's

Josh Smith is tremendous value, assuming he listens to coaching.  Every time he shoots more than 2 three pointers in a game, he runs wind sprints the entire next practice.

Well, Rondo paid him back in his own coin. :P
