The ref was staring RIGHT at that play where Westbrook used his elbow once he got past Smart.  I mean come on.

What is this magical strategy you speak of?!
a few season ago CBS talked about how stats dont show that time outs stop runs.
It makes backseat coaches feel better.

I can’t believe how bad both calls where on Smart. I know Westbrook and Harden get quick whistles, but you’d think Smart would garner some respect by now.
