Celtics win games one of two ways - either red-hot streaky shooting or they just out-work, out-hustle the other team. So, as we have seen many times, if we are not shooting well, we have no inside game to turn to and we have a good defense, but it requires lots of energy to be effective. no shooting and little effort = Loss. You get one or the other, I'd say 60% chance to win. Of course, those nights when we are playing with high energy and intense effort and shooting it well, we become a top 3 team in the league.

Tonite vs Lakers, we are playing with energy and grit and shooting a decent %, though not off the charts. Lakers out-shooting us, but effort is getting it done so far - Can we maintain this energy ?

LeBum and AD going to go hard in the 2nd half we need to be ready
Anyone know what AD's minute restriction is?

No restriction imo, it's a built in fall back excuse for them. He took multiple games off for falling on his but, it's not like he sprained any ligaments or tendons or had a concussion or broke a bone or anything.
You're not wrong, but he is also quite soft. Often misses time for what seems like innocuous knocks, so I don't necessarily dismiss it that quickly.
You guys ever have a bruised tailbone? It's very painful and restrictive of what you can do. Not sure AD has this but it would make sense given how he got injured and how they are describing his injury.

Charles talking crap about Rondo

Charles "this isn't 2005".   Rondo wasn't even in the nba in 2005
Chuck needs to do his research.

As funny as these guys are, the truth is they are bad analysts lol. I mean, Kenny is pretty solid. But Shaq and Chuck are clearly there for the entertainment factor  :P
wait... someone finds them entertaining?   :o

Come on C’s.  Keep the intensity on D and there’s a chance.

Yes I have, in-season and it was debilitating.

Are you watching this game? Boston's inside game has been excellent. Kanter 18/8

Love that we're coming out aggressive again!

They simply can't guard Kemba. All that yada yada about them dominating us with their size, but that works both ways with smaller guys and speed.
