Got humiliated by a literal G league team and "bounced back" by getting destroyed at home to a team that's 15-20. I  am pretty sure this team doesn't have a deep playoff run in them as constructed (I actually think they would be much better off trading Hayward for 2 or 3 bonafied role players), and definitely not without a healthy Kemba

A "literal" G-League team with two recent former All-Stars, a team full of high quality role players and young up-and-comers who all play well together and within their role, and a likely top-5 coach of all time.

We played like crap tonight with little effort, but I don't understand the crapping on the Spurs thing. They've had a slow start, sure, but they're still a really solid team with probably the best coach and system in the league.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

It doesn't help that we have a non NBA player as a backup point guard, playing considerable minutes

I'd be all for replacing Wannamaker with Tremont Waters. At worst he couldn't be that much of a step down. At best I think he has real NBA talent.

Javonte should have gotten more playing time tonight.

Well, if nothing else the Celtics have already topped their loss to the wizards. Took only one game to get a new winner for worst loss of the year.

We'll have him next year. We also need firepower off the bench. We have good bench players who play good D, but our bench offense is basically hoping Marcus Smart gets hot and Kanter putbacks.

The reality is, Wanamaker shouldnt be playing as much minutes. He is fine as a 3rd string guard. With the injuries to Smart and Walker(and his dumb ejection) it looks like he has a huge role. Doesnt help that our backup 2 is basically a rookie who also had injury problems.

The GLeague team he was talking about was the Ishzards not the Spurs.

This bad coaching period, no set of picks to lose your best three point player whose Hayward, everybody just standing there, no motion offense whatsoever, anyway Go CELTICS!!!

I don't know but maybe it's just me but Lonnie Walker looks like he will develop nicely like Jaylen did for us... He already looks way better than Romeo Langford.

I hate when Semi becomes an end of game chucker.

This is the first time in a while weve got our complete starters so Id cut them some slack, plus that idiot ref who ruined this game.

All will be forgiven with a Sixers win of course. We win vs the Sixers and I dont care if we lost to the Wizards one more time.

Here's hoping this is just a low point of the season that we'll look back on and laugh at.

Of course he should be better than Langford. He is a year older and also have 1 nba season under his belt. Btw, he has also received criticisms from Pop recently

Celts scored plenty in the end - but giving up 129 ??  That is lazy defense.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce
