Seen this type of thing naturally floating around as the decade comes to an end, so I thought it would be interesting to see what opinions people had!
For me it goes:
All-Decade First Team:
Stephen Curry: 6 x All-Star & All-NBA, 3 x Champion, 2 x MVP (first unanimous) and changed the game drastically.
James Harden: 7 x All-Star, 6 x All-NBA, 1 x MVP (including 2 other top-2 finishes, and another likely top 2 finish this season), one of the most unguardable players of all time.
LeBron James: 10 x All-Star & All-NBA, 3 x Champion, 3 x MVP (could, and some might argue should, be more), top 5 player all-time.
Kevin Durant: 10 x All-Star, 9 x All-NBA, 2 x Champion, 1 x MVP, one of the most unstoppable yet efficient scorers we've ever seen, even if his joining GSW was lame.
Kawhi Leonard: 3 x All-Star, 3 x All-NBA, 2 x Champion, 2 x DPOY. Despite not having the regular season accolades of the other members of this team, his defence and winning gets him in for me.
All-Decade Second Team:
Russell Westbrook: 8 x All-Star, 8 x All-NBA, 1 x MVP, and has normalised triple-doubles like nobody we've seen since Oscar Robertson.
Chris Paul: 8 x All-Star, 8 x All-NBA, and one of the best defensive point guards of this generation. His longevity in spite of injuries helps his case for me too.
Anthony Davis: 6 x All-Star, 3 x All-NBA, one of the best two-way big men of the decade (if not the best), and is still not yet 27. His last 6 seasons in particular have been amazing.
Carmelo Anthony: 8 x All-Star, 3 x All-NBA, one of the most dynamic scorers of the decade, and is proving that despite the weird agenda against him he can still be a useful player.
LaMarcus Aldridge: 7 x All-Star, 5 x All-NBA, has been a 21/9 guy for the whole decade on a number of pretty solid teams, and has been able to stay healthy (gives him the edge over Blake for me).
All-Decade Third Team:
Dwyane Wade: 8 x All-Star (one doesn't really count though), 4 x All-NBA, 2 x Champion, and was a huge part of the second best team of the decade. Perhaps stayed 2 seasons too long.
Damian Lillard: 4 x All-Star, 4 x All-NBA, has blossomed into one of the most dynamic scoring guards who routinely leads his (in my opinion) unimpressive teammates into the playoffs.
Blake Griffin: 6 x All-Star, 5 x All-NBA, one of the most impressive athletes we've ever seen, and was a key cog in the playoff runs made by Lob City.
Giannis Antetokounmpo: 3 x All-Star, 3 x All-NBA, 1 x MVP, late onto the scene for the decade, but is showing Shaq-like dominance as a scorer, and keeps adding layers to his game (passing, shooting).
Paul George: 6 x All-Star, 5 x All-NBA, one of the best two-way wings of the generation (probably only behind Kawhi and a young, interested LeBron).
Kobe, Jimmy Butler, DeMarcus Cousins, Dwight Howard and Pau are all honourable mentions for me.
Who ya got?
