Magic seem like a patient club don't feel they would be sellers
This year, the past few years? Probably not.
Well they don't have a top 20 player yet so IMO they should be building through draft or eliminate salary cap. So basically meant not sell on a young prospect. They would probably be better off going for Hawyard, Edwards and GW with a C's first or two for Fournier and Aaron Gordon. They clear cap and get more prospects.
What I'm saying is they were building through the draft, then gave up young studs like Oladipo, and Sabonis for someone like Ibaka...
They like the Kings have had many dumb choices/drafts/trades, but unfortunately unlike the Kings, the Magic are still stuck on their ways. I think their best option was to just completely tank, and then build from the draft. Playoff experience is great and all, but is it really necessary if you're just going to get ousted 4-1? I mean their lone win was amazing, but eh... I don't know, I wonder what the Magic would have if they kept Sabonis/Oladipo. Would definitely help to have someone like Oladipo to mentor Fultz.
