Driving is getting into Tatum's head a bit. He's not getting some calls, and then whining about others where he wasn't fouled. He's rimming easy ones out and taking awkward angles to the basket.

I've still seen enough to be confident in him long-term, but in the short-term, he has to stop putting so much pressure on himself. I think it's great that he is being aggressive, and without Hayward, someone has to create looks when Brown and Walker sit.

I'd like to see Brown getting a bit more opportunity to create. He's been nothing short of all-star level in the minimal amount the offense flows through him.

Need to get jaylen brown more involved in the offence late in the game. He seems too content to fade into the corner. It's a double sided sword with him. He's so good at playing within the offence but it needs to be him and kemba at the end of the game, not JT. he needs to demand the ball!

I don't know if I'd go that far, but I agree about getting Brown more involved offensively overall.

JT is going through a major shooting slump at the rim. he has one of, if not the lowest FG% at the rim in the league. And when I say demand I don't mean in a kyrie way :)

Can we please for the love of God not question Tatum's future after tonight.

I mean he was kind of bad, even if he did make two key plays down the stretch.

Why 8 for 23 shooting isn't bad. 2 assists. He's still young yet.
That's below 35 percent shooting with an assist/TO rate of almost 1, and he didn't throw any high leverage passes ala Jaylen to make up for that poor ratio. Tatum hit a bunch of FTs and made some threes, but I doubt that it'd raise his TS% or eFG% that much.
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA

Ugly, ugly win.

If you only watched these last 2 games, no way you would guess the team is 10-1.

But then again, part of being a good team is being able to win games even when you play like crap, so at least there's that.

Richard Jefferson said something about that. Its here, pretty good interview and I cannot disagree with any of his points.

Big time. The refs really sucked. It was a grind it out kind of night and the Celtics ground it out!!!

8-23 is kind of bad. Missed two bunnies in the fourth that if he doesn't make the big play in the end would have cost the game. Its not a bad game by any means, he also had three steals and got to the line seven times. Very mixed bag, only 1 assist btw.

Their bodies will be adjusted in the next game or two. So I believe they will play better.

He was getting abused in the pick-and-roll. That's been one of his weaknesses. His position is mostly off and it allows easy buckets with crafty offensive players. When the Cs stayed with Theis, G. Williams, and Tatum, they were able to disrupt the pick-and-roll and stall the Warriors' offense (except for Burks' Harden-esque free throw game).

Great Win---everything was going against us---overcame large deficit...GS had nothing to lose.
These games teach you how to win the close ones....We'd be 11-0 if it weren't for that Screw Job by the refs in the first half at Philly to open the season.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

It looked to me that GSW were owning the paint and driving at will all game. GSW shot 34 free throws. They were clobbering the Celtics inside. I didn't think Kanter was a better option over TIMELORD.

R Williams was struggling making a dent on offense too though. Kanter could do that. Still, I talked about G Williams, Theis, and Tatum.
