Too soon to say this team will have the best record in the East? It doesn't feel like it.

They already have the best record in the east so far.

6 guys (all starters plus Smart) with 8+ points.  Great balance. Weapons.  Keep it up.

A lot to like about that first half.  Brown is a monster tonight.  Love seeing him seek contact and then hit the free throws.

Hope Hayward is fine.

C's are the much quicker team and the basketball is whipping around finding the open man.

For Christmas I want a body like Brown  :police:

I wonder out loud if Brad should experiment with a starting lineup of Theis and RW in the front court, Jaylen using his talents to lead the bench with Smart.

Can we stop with this? Brown looks to be our best player thus far this year. We're 6-1 and currently on track to be 7-1 by the end of this game. "If it ain't broken don't fix it." You don't put your best performing player on the bench.

Ya also I'm pretty sure the Jaylen, Tatum, Hayward trio has some absurd net rating together, no reason to break it up.

Tatum could learn a thing or two from Jaylen about getting to the basket and finishing

I know it's kinda bad form to do "I told you so" posts and threads, but I have been preaching Brown's abilities against a whole lot of Jaylen Brown's....I will be nice and say...non-believers.

Well, Jaylen Brown is going to be a star.

Anyone believe differently right now?

Gotta say, smart is basically the absolute pinnacle of 3+D player. He plays all-defense team level D, takes nothing but 3's (all his shots today) with the added bonus of being an above average passer.

I certainly stand corrected.

Nope. But then again he's been my favorite player since the C's drafted him.

My thinking is beefing up our front court and parlaying more talent to the bench with Jaylen. I’m not disputing by any means that he’s been our best player.

Brown a great slasher, Tatum a great shooter. They complement each other nicely

If we do, we have a chance at the finals. I think us, Philly, and the Bucks will finish with the first 3 seeds, so if we manage to be #1 that would mean only facing one of them, and only in the ECF. That would be a great opportunity for us
I'm bitter.
