How about Tatum and Brown having the exact same numbers.
25 points 9 rebounds four assists each.

Another 22 points and six boards for Kemba, and 15 points and 6 rebounds for Hayward.

If you look at the raptors only Paskal and Lowry made a big impact.

 Four productive players  beats two.
Excellent win guys. Gonna be a fun year.

It's going to be a blast. The expectations are low and the talent is high.

I think the best thing is everyone knows who’s getting the shots: your four best players. Hopeful we have many more of those types of nights. JB/JT/Kemba/Gordo should be seeing the bulk of shots in the offense.

Yeah the story here is that this was the first time ever I remember the C's focusing the whole game plan around maximizing these four (or with Kyrie in place of Kemba last year). They got the shots and they got the minutes. I'd want to divert a handful more shots to Hayward, but it was awesome to finally see all four guys with the green light in the same game.

The key is to play at least two of these guys all the time, and give them all over 32 minutes each. When they all are allowed to be aggressive like this, it has a relentlessness to it. I thought Toronto really played hard and made shots, and we just wore them down.

Not having Rozier and Morris around to come into the game and jack up a bunch of shots they have no business taking sure helps.  Also, maybe Stevens is starting to learn his lesson about keeping his most talented players happy, even if it means telling the roles players 'stay in your lane'.

Having role players that don't take a ton of shots (with the exception of Kanter) will make things a lot easier. While we had gunners like Rozier and Morris last year, this year the biggest Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. takers among role players will be guys like Kanter, Smart, and Edwards. One is a post player that generally needs someone to give him the ball, one is a ball handler that can jack up shots at times but really doesn't focus on his own scoring, and the other is a rookie. I expect a vast majority of the shots to go to the top 4 guys for this whole year
I'm bitter.

Hopefully this isn't the season where the guys will have trouble sharing the ball around and padding their own stats

Yes, both Rozier and Morris were flow killers. Rozier was the ultimate killer of flow!

This is big. Rozier and Morris took a lot of shots last year that shouldve been enough to satisfy the core guys despite tatum and kyrie getting theirs.

Hayward is looking like the fourth option right now.

It's early, but if I were him I wouldn't be too happy with the situation remaining that way.

I doubt he cares if they keep winning. Kemba was hot and his teammates fed him.

If this works right, the 4 of them will share the ball and pick out the best matchup/hot hand at crunch time. Who leads in points from night to night won't matter - if it works right.

Time will tell. But so far, so good.

He's gotten paid almost 65 million dollars to average 11.5 points over 70ish games. I don't really care if he's happy or not.

I do think in general he's better than last year, he seems a little faster. But I don't think hes back to Utah hayward and if he's not I think 3rd or 4th option most nights is about right.

Yup and more importantly, I don't think Hayward cares if he's the 1st or 4th option.  His role is different now, much more of a distributor, he is clearly one of the best passers on the team since he has excellent court vision.
