Siakam is like Pippen after Jordan left
I was thinking the same thing

But all the CS posters said he didn't deserve that max......

Raptors shooing 17/34 from three. Celtics 9/29. Hard to make up that difference

Brown has half-heartedly contested like 4 three-pointers that have gone in

tbf, the last one isn't really his assignment. There was no help after the Siakam kickout.

Brown doesn't want to get beat on the drive, that's why he's giving Siakam the 3.

remember last year when there were complaints of too many mouths to feed on offense and how this season would be better with a better defined hierarchy of shooters?  yeah, wish we still had that problem when Kemba and Tatum are shooting like crap and Hayward goes back to Shy Gordon on offense.

I think in general he's contested well. Siakim is really good. Hes a max player

what I want to know is why when Brown starts off on fire, brad pulls him after 6 min.
I don't ever get it when he does that, to anyone who has a hot hand.
The hot hand doesn't exist. It's superstition.

what? lol
It. Doesn't. Exist. Does that make it simpler?
Nonsense
The hot hand is a real as thinking wearing your favorite socks makes you lucky.

The hot hand is real in the sense that players believe in it and it makes them take bad shots when they're "hot"; some of em go in and it's "wow hot hand continues!", most of em miss and then the hand is No Longer Hot.

Well as a player I can say it is def a thing.  There are games when you feel the basket is a little larger and almost everything you throw up goes in.  I have seen it happen so many times, at so many levels of basketball that there is no way I can say it is a fluke.  Some guys just get hot and they get comfortable with their shooting stroke and they are hot.

Hot Hand is very real. I played in college and a hot hand is simply about your muscle memory being in tune with your nervous system. Anyone, athlete or not, knows what it's like to feel in tune with your body certain days, whether you are walking down the street or hitting a softball. Muscle memory is why you see athletes - whatever the sport - doing the same drills over and over thru the season.  When our season would end and I would take a break for a couple of weeks, I could feel the slight loss of sharpness in my movements when we would play pickup in the spring.

"Suck" is a strong word, but a lot of people seem to think we can still challenge for the east and I honestly think that's a bit delusional.
