Wow! That's really tough for the Sixers. If they don't go far in the playoffs this year there were rumblings that they would fire their coach and look to trade one of their two superstars.

A Sixers team without Simmons in round 1 and the Raptors team that we crushed last night as our potential playoff matchups looks really good right now though.

Maybe but careful what you wish for.  They may match up well vs us, as the plus minus with Al and Embiid on court without Simmons is better than with Simmons.  Sometimes addition by subtraction, kind of like this Celtics team vs last year's.

My concerns exactly. I’d rather play a Sixers w a hobbled Simmons than a Sixers team with a role player piece that fits next to Embiid.

ya but you know whats even better? Simmons and Embiid without Horford. The whole reason they sent horford to the bench was because their best lineup was the Richardson, Harris, Simmons, Embiid lineup with another shooter.

I don't think its thats complicated, you lose an all star all nba defender and its bad for your team.

Unfortunately, Clippers rallied late to beat Portland. Now Portland 1.5 game behind Memphis.

Memphis needs to lose the rest of the way while Portland needs to keep winning or else Portland won't be able to make the playoffs.

According to the schedule, the Grizzlies have played 70 games and the Blazers 71.  Yet each have three games left on the schedule...   Can someone explain..
