How did Suns beat the Clippers?

Suns looked improved. Maybe not be a legit playoff contender but they do look better than the past few years. They almost beat the Nuggets too.

Kelly Oubre Jr has come a long way and is now a pretty solid contributor.  Having a strong player on the wing is something they have been searching for.  Also, Rubio does help take some of the pressure of running the offense off Booker, who can now focus more on just attacking and not having to create as well as score.

Morant looks great against the Nets tonight.

Also RJ Barrett looked excellent against the C's the other night. This draft class is turning out to be exceptional thus far. All three of the top picks look legit, and other guys like Hachimura and Herro look great too. Not to mention the lower picks like Grant Williams, Carson Edwards and Darius Bazely. We haven't even seen some of the others play yet, like Langford, Doumbouya, Okeke and Bol.

It's been a while since I recall a draft class that made an impact this early on.

OKC is probably better than people are giving them respect for. Losing a Westbrook is addition by subtraction and PG was always hurt. They got SGA, a healthy Chris Paul, and T Ferg is healthy again. Plus Donovan is a good coach. Double plus, they have Abdul Nader!

I will refrain from commenting about Memphis for the foreseeable future.

Crowder with the buzzer-beater three to give the Grizzlies the win over Brooklyn in overtime.  Nice moment for him!

It speaks more about the Nets than Grizzlies. People are overrating them because of the arrival of Kyrie but they also lost against Wolves who were just borderline playoff contenders.

They also have Dennis Schroeder, who they can actually play alongside either SGA or CP3 since those two can make threes.

Nobody respects Westbrook's outside shot.  OKC has a better backcourt despite losing Russ.  Losing Paul George hurts them defensively but Gallinari can replicate his scoring.

That was an awesome moment!  Also loved the Ja Morant block on Kyrie at the end of regulation.  I couldn't help but root for them tonight.  Now let's hope they drop their next 10.

GS W look pretty bad.

They should not have been ranked higher than Celtics in preseason poll. I doubt they make the playoffs at this rate. I mean they look awful.

Justice Winslow having an Iguodala post-Iverson moment?

19ppg
9.3rpg
6.7apg

Over his first 3 contests with no Jimmy Butler in the lineup. No Josh Richardson. Dragic now a bench player. Nobody Winslow has to share the ball with.

Winslow 23 years old now. Same age as Iggy's breakout year.

Ya and is defense has always been strong. He hasn't however been terribly efficient. 19ppg on 18 shots a game.

Agreed.  RJ Barrett impressed me.  I've liked Hachimura since the draft.  I think the de facto ROY to Zion is now in question.
