I can only hope that this was game 1 jitters and lack of polish and that we will settle into a rhythm with more games in. Refs have destroyed all continuity in this game with all these fouls

never understood taking players out of the game for fouls. Just play them because whether they foul out or you sit em out, they are still out of the game.
