He's been absolute garbage from what I've watched in the third, was shooting tentatively and not providing anything else on the court.

Given that the only downside is losing a TO, he should just use it in place of one if his last timeouts. I really wanted him to call it right after the Brown foul, just to bring the game to an even longer standstill
