For people wondering about Riley and his obsession with body fat percentage, he's absolutely crazy about it: Shaq started breaking down because Riley wasn't willing to let him play unless he was down to around 13% body fat (couldn't remember what it exactly was, but it was really low compared to his Laker days according to Shaq's autobiography), and Riley wasn't willing to concede that Shaq's body fat acted as a buffer for all the pounding his body took, as well as extra heft to carve up space inside. It's similar stuff with James Johnson, who iirc should be subjected to the body fat limit for forwards (around 8-9% iirc).
