Ps ... KG is right there with Bird in my heart ....i watched more KG than any other player ever,  basically his entire career , praying everynight he would finally wear a Celtic jersey.  KG is everything a basketball star should could or would be .

Yeah, KG is definitely a close runner-up for me (Dominique, too, but his best days definitely weren't as a C). He was always my favorite non-Celtic...and then we traded for him!...And then we won a championship with him! Loved KG - I just wish he didn't put it in AD's head that he needed to go play with Lebron.

Oh we're talking about all time favourites? It's got to be IT for me, I haven't had the luck to watch many past Celtic greats, and only really got to watch Rondo/KG/Pierce when they were starting to fall off (Rondo tore his ACL the season I started really following the Celtics). Thomas gave me an MVP caliber season to witness when I started my fandom during a rebuilding phase of the team, and he'll always have a special place in my heart for that magical season when I only got to see fans of other teams enjoy MVP caliber players until then.

Definitely Pierce. He made me a Celtics fan and will always be the reason when people ask how a New Yorker became a die-hard C’s fan.

1. Pierce, i began playing basketball in 2002, and a magazine came out doing a piece about him and antoine. Eversince he’s my #1 all time

2. IT, it is amazing how much of an impact did the little guy have in a short amount of time, but that playoff run was more than special

3. Smart, defense, winninh plays, i can watch yt videos of him all day long, special talent for defending.

4. Tommy, never seen him play, but i apsolutly love him, can’t imagine a home game without him
