To me, it comes down to Yabu, Tacko, or Strus.  Waters gets a two way.

I like Tacko's potential better than either.  Yabu's contract as part of a potential trade is more valuable than Strus.  I cut Strus and give the second two way to Tacko.

Waters is a very good ball handler and passer

I do like Edwards’ competitiveness. Reminds me of Larkin that way, with that jump shot. Could pair well with Smart. Let Marcus bring the ball up and play Edwards off the ball. Coming off screens and firing.

Good athlete and good size. Negligible impact on the court. More of a liability against smart teams.
