It means he’s going to the G-League like everyone expected.  Before the draft it said the C's would pick someone based in part on their willingness to go to Maine and/or be a two-way player.

Fall is not on a 2-way.  His contract can be converted to a two-way, but if that happens it won’t be until after summer league at least, and probably not until after training camp.

Waste of a roster spot. Stevens didn't trust him enough to use him last year. Why would this year be any different?

Another cheap blue collar guy for the bench, I like it. Wanamaker was buried by a need to play Rozier and could be a solid backup PG for 15 mpg

15 roster spots + 2 (two way contracts)

With Wannamaker the roster is set at 15

Strus already was signed to a two way contract

so that leaves for one two way spot....  likely Waters, but not guaranteed. Could be Tacko etc.
