Kanter can't defend, so I don't think he would really help the Celts that much.  Right now the biggest issue with the Celts' roster is they have nobody who can defend the interior at all.

Raul Neto just got waived by the Jazz.  He would be a good option for depth at G if he's willing to take a vet minimum deal.  I've always like Neto.

there is a report out now that he he asked Magic if the Lakers tried to trade for him when he was with the Spurs. Look like he is trying to tell the world that he became a Raptor by default, and that but for Pop he would have been a Laker.

What do you think?

Interesting move. Good chance for E-Payton to reestablish himself. He is the most talented PG on their team. Major media attention.

Source tells @TheAthletic the Kings are also adding Richaun Holmes with their room midlevel exception (two years, $9.7 million). They see him as a rim-rolling, lob threat who fits nicely with their group as a backup big.

Great move by Chicago. I love Satoransky on that Bulls team. They already got loads of offense with Zach LaVine, Markkanen and Wendell Carter Jr. They needed someone who would get those guys the ball in good spots and give them the spacing they need to go to work. Satoransky does both.

Then there is Otto Porter too. Beautiful.

Chicago having a great offseason getting Thad Young (6th man) and Satoransky (starting PG).

That is a clear playoff team next year.

Maybe a 50 win team.

Wonder if we had a choice to take him rather than Kanter.

Sato, Lavine, Porter, Thad, Markkanen

w/ Coby White, Wendell Carter, and ??? off the bench.

I think that team will be solid.  Especially the starting lineup.  But 50 wins?

No way.

Nice backup wing. Help cover some of those lost Brogdon minutes.

50 wins? The Bulls?

Come on... I think they made some good moves, but the 50 win club is not that easy to crack. They won 22 games this past season. It would require a 28 win improvement that I don't see coming AT ALL.
Philly lost to the NBA champions by a ball dancing in the rim. They had 51 wins last season. We had 49. The Jazz had 50. I think the Bulls should be very happy with a .500 record and the 8 spot. More than that is a bonus for them this season
