Sorry, I can't help but think if he was white GM of the team, he'd have no problem getting on the court. I don't normally go there, but can imagine how p---ed off/ upset he was from being held back from celebrating with his team at that moment.
There is video of him holding his so-called absent credentials before, during, and after the incident. Also there are reports of a season ticket holder disputing the officers version of events. So yeah this isn't going anywhere except some laywer's billing.

The police said that anyone on the floor had to have a certain armband, they were told to strictly enforce the policy, and this guy didn't have it.
