So Orlando does have capspace, but it seem like they are intent on resigning Vooch, which will cost them 20 million per season anyways, which eats all of or the majority of, their capspace.

So, assuming that Fultz does not pan out (no reason to believe that he will at all)

Rozier S&T to Orlando for Bamba.

Who says no?

Orlando says no emphatically. Bamba is a 6th pick coming off his rookie season who is a project. No way they give up after one year for an average starting point guard
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

I think Orlando values Bamba far less than Vooch

And why would rozier want to be a starter on a playoff team?

If I was Orlando, I would go after Jrue Holiday or Mike Conley instead of Terry Rozier.
