No farewell retirement tour or anything like Kobe, Duncan, Nowitzki, Wade, or Pierce did? Wow!

He is who I’ve wanted Kyrie to try and emulate some more. Obviously Kyrie is more talented and a better shooter, but Prime TP is a great model for a shoot first point guard.

Great career. Some stories about him as a person make me a bit iffy, and the way he dealt with Kawhi was poor, but can’t take anything away from his HOF career.

If Boston had a Duncan, Manu, or Kawhi like player Kyrie can be a rich man's TP. He had that with us in Cleveland, we won a title. No complaints from me.

Kyrie was misused and surrounded by sub-par players in Boston. Never understood how organizations mishandle superstars and have nothing to show for it. Yeah, Kyrie left us, but we got a nice trophy to show for it.

Boston should have traded for AD at the deadline imo.

I think if we could’ve traded for AD we would have, but we would have had to trade Kyrie for him because of the Rose Rule.
