What makes them think he'll be available? Toronto is not going to trade Lowry unless they completely implode in this ECF.
I don't know, if Kawhi leaves, I imagine Toronto would look to move on from Lowry. If the Lakers strike out in free agency, Lowry would make a lot of sense for them.
