Now we get a playmaker deluxe point guard from VA drafted for us by the Sixers and we are shipping him to Phoenix ?? A playmaker is a huge need for this Celtics team. This guy was #1 in the country assists-to-turnovers ratio. Looks very solid and what do we get in return ?
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

I can't believe it. A GUARD who can pass and shoot.

Now this is a Rozier replacement

For gods sake

Next offseason, we should just make the draft a drinking game. 1 shot for guards who can't shoot, 2 shots for undersized bigs, 3 shots for trades that make no sense. We'd all be hammered enough to forget the draft even happened.
Forget hammered, we're talking alcohol poisoning.

What did we get back from the Suns? Maybe it was Booker.  ;)

I guess Boston is ok with addressing a big in free agency and keeping Rozier as their pure PG

What a bench....Semi, Yabu...2 rookies...

Going to be a long year...again

The pick was too sensible and obvious, hence we ship it naturally!

Josh Jackson, we need more wings!

Lol TP. That'd be hilariously depressing.

This is the most exciting draft in years!! Liking the Langford and Williams picks too.

Just steer clear of Bol Bol Danny...

Good to see optimism.

But they were terrible picks.

Far superior talent passed up. In a year we will look at some of the players we have been begging for only to be passed over.

Goga is one. Romeo over goga was terrible. Bird got a gift from danny there

According to Himmelsbach, it's a future pick.

Cue people freaking out despite saying earlier that we needed to trade out of the draft for a future pick
I'm bitter.
