Too bad ESPN or any other media outlet are not going to recognize the Celtics because they too busy praising their almighty LeBron James and his 50+ point performance last night.

But let's go Celtics!!
Someone is #1 in the NBA every day so you can see how this is less of a story...

We are actually the first team in league history to win 7 in a row after losing opening two. You add in that we lost an all star 5 minutes into the season and that last night was a game we came from 18 down at half to win... well not exactly stuff that happens every day there.

I dont believe any of this is possible without CBS..  His demeanor is legendary, his basketball brain is ridiculous and his Teams always over achieve.. We should not be surprised at this point.

I was up for about a half-hour after the game flipping between ESPN and NBAtv and there wasn't even a blip about the Cs win over OKC. I get it, they were just on ESPN so maybe they didn't feel the need to immediately discuss, but, my lord, you would think Lebron James was the actual Jesus the way they were talking about him.

As for the Cs, yeah, totally - they are awesome. Another apparent big test tomorrow in Orlando who is playing way too well. Hopefully we can pour some cold water on that, too.

As long as we can contest their shooters, we should be in good shape. Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier shooting 58.1%(!) and 52.1% (respectively) on 3s is not sustainable
I'm bitter.

brad stevens is a wizard...4 returning players from last year, hayward injury, rookies/second year players thrust into large roles...and they win 7 in a row. I think its safe to say players buy into his system and his system works. reminds me of how belichick can replace guys left and right and keep chugging along.

and so much for the myth that Kyrie Irving cant win without lebron. hes leading this team right now. goes to show you that it was more the personnel for cleveland(built around lebron) and coaching that led to his poor record in cleveland without lebron
Actually Brad Stevens is a Celtic. 😉😄

If we hadn't lost Hayward, could the Celtics be undefeated right now? I think so!!!

I know it's early but couldn't be more proud all things considered.

Right on my friend!

Ive been watching Celtics Basketball since 1974. 74 76 Champs with Hondo and Jo Jo, Bird Era, Reggie Lewis R.I.P, Tone and Pierce, The Big Ticket..

This is the most excited I have been since Garnett came aboard.

I understand its only 9 games, but after Haywards injury I was devastated. Nice to see a core group that can play.

The future is Bright my Friends. If we are lucky enough to land another Top 5 pick look the #### out!
