My initial thought was Lebron complained and it is part of the reason the cavs now have cold feet. ITs hip is old news, although the severity might have been misconstrued

Losing the ECF finals to Kyrie sure would make Lebron unhappy. If this is true Lebron also saw that IT did not want to come to him and win and he may have done as you said. Sure has been a lot of Drama over something the Cavs knew in advance.
