After thinking about it for a few days, I think the best (and most likely) course of action (assuming we draft fultz) is to not make any trades. Keep IT, keep Avery, keep Smart, keep Rozier. Fultz is going to play but he's not going to be an instant star. But good enough to help us improve over this year.
Now, let me hedge a little bit. I'd be happy to trade smart and rozier but I don't think they have too much value so it would be best to keep them. Following the year we could figure things out. Does Fultz look like a star? Then let one of Avery or IT walk and sign the other. I'd prefer to keep Avery. Between smart and rozier, eventually keep one if the other becomes too costly.
The bottom line for me is not to jump to a trade unless you're really blown away. And I'd be perfectly okay to play it out all of next year.
