Sacramento and Philly make a godfather offer as outlined below:BOS receives pick 3, pick 5, Saric, Cauley-SteinSAC receives pick 1Philly receives pick 10, Avery BradleyWhat do you do then?We could draft Josh Jackson/De'Aaron Fox and grab Saric/WCS... I might have to bite on that one. In fact I think all teams might have to bite. Maybe Sacramento is paying a lot but they need a cornerstone player to build around and Fultz could be it.
Richaun HolmesHolmes is a player I had the Celtics trading for in my offseason simulation. Even though Nerlens Noel was traded to the Mavericks at the trade deadline, Philadelphia still has an abundance of young bigs. With only two spots in the starting lineup, the Sixers might have to trade one for a guard to help their thin back court.Holmes got more minutes after Noel was traded and made the most of them. He ended up as the 13th ranked power forward in player efficiency rating, which is impressive for a player so young and unknown.Holmes is a physical player that can rebound and block shots at an impressive rate. He even shot 35% from three this season. For the Celtics, they could look at Holmes and imagine an almost perfect partner for Horford. A player that can take the main defensive assignment, rebound, and protect the paint, all while being able to stretch the floor with a respectable jumper would help everyone on the Celtics immediately.A potential package would be centered around Terry Rozier. The Sixers have the third pick in the draft, so they could pick a guard to play next to their young studs Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid. Still, Rozier would give them depth and an immediate starter if they need him to be one. Rozier played big time minutes in the playoffs, and could help the Sixers more than Holmes could right now.
