If Rodgers is activated...

do I start him or go with Stafford?  Rodgers obviously has a lot more bust potential, but I think he has the higher ceiling as well, though Stafford is pretty consistent.  Do I go with Stafford no matter what this week and if I advance then decide what to do with Rodgers the following week? Now obviously this could all be moot as Rodgers has yet to be activated (though it looks like he has a really good chance of being activated).

Thoughts?
