After exploring all the machinations, fake trades, and draft dreams, here comes the time of the year (March-June) where, as a fan, I accept what we have on the team and just roll with it, hoping for the best.
Sure, I have wrote not that long ago that Bradley is probably the next core piece to go, but at this time of year when the trade deadline is over, and waiver signings won't move the needle, I turn to the best part of the year with pure love for the team. I love every Celtic player, no exceptions, truthfully, without any fingers crossed in my pocket.
As a fan, I can only do so much to help my team. I can just emit positive thoughts, that I hope will somehow rub on them by the butterfly effect theory. In that reasoning, I won't think negatively about any Celtic. I accept the players like my friends, with their flaws and virtues. I won't ask for Zeller to lock down the paint, Kelly to out bruise guys, Brown to become a vet, IT to grow a foot, Smart to be a Ray Allen 2.0 and Stevens to coach immaculately. Just as I wouldn't ask my dog to fly or a bird to deep dive. I won't ask them something they can't do. I know they are already trying to be the best they can even without me.
Now AB is the basketballs purest form, he always was actually, just that my that mind was roaming without the leash before, looking for theoretical improvements. He is a player that "just keeps getting better", never quits, always follows the lead but also leads us when it is necessary, loves the toughest assignments, all in all, a beautiful BB player.
I desire the best effort from all of the Celts and looking myself in the mirror, it is fair to try to be the best fan I can be, supporting them in both bitter losses and sweet wins. That is all a loyal fan(atic) can really do.

TP! This kind of post is a breath of fresh air.

I will keep on supporting this team despite what the fanbase has become.

Great thoughts, Androslav. It is true that this time of year is all about getting ready for the playoffs, not making trades, not (re)signing players and certainly not asking players/coaches to do what they are not capable of.

That said, I really want this team to go farther in the playoffs than last year.  I want them to experience winning a playoff series which will add to their confidence.  It will also show potential free agents that this team is steadily moving in the right direction.  This point is so very important because the lack of a move at the deadline signals to me that DA wants to shed as much salary as possible to make a big splash in free agency.
