Who do they think they're trading away to get such remarkable value in return?  They act like they're giving up Marcus Smart or Terry Rozier to get such a haul.  ;)

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

I think their best bet is an expiring and a mid to late first for Brook.

They should do it too, they need to get young and get picks desperately.

I don't see the point to make fun of other fans, specially when we are not better than them.
What do you think other fans think when we said "trade IT, IT on the bench, etc..."?
They must laugh at us even more.
Well I agree, but I don't think they laugh at us the same way; they would mostly laugh at us underrating our own players rather than overrating them. When some people believe the minimum package for Jimmy Butler is both nets picks, JB and Crowder and some even say the celtics can't put any package that can get Butler (looks at a guy who thinks he's cool with short responses), I think we should be thinking of ourselves rather than the others and start to appreciate what we have.
wrong.

Celtics fans are seen as massively overrating their players.

The running joke among bulls fans is that every time Jimmy Butler drops 30 they laugh that Celtics fans believe he is hardly better than Jae Crowder.

We do overvalue our own players, which puts us exactly in line with the fans of 29 other teams.

Mike

Those last 2 are hilarious.
Poor guys. Delusional.

Some pretty horrid trade demands here too at times.
I can see those trades happening... if we fire DA and hire Billy King!

They most likely deal with Portland.

They must laugh at us even more.

Just a little good-natured ribbing between fanbases, no need to be self-righteous, it's not like we're making fun of a handicapped child or something.
We're taking a specific example of a player being comically overrated by their team & fan base and having a laugh . . . no one is being harassed or socially-terrorized. Mkay?

Believe me, I don't think the Celtics fanbase is "better" than anyone else, especially the people who care not a whit about Jaylen Brown, and think all he is good for is trade-bait, not seeing that he is a primary building block of the future.  They drive me nuts. Or the boneheads who harass our own players on Twitter, see: Jae Crowder.
 ::) Jeesh!

The best ones are the people who cobble packages together of James Young, Zeller & Marcus Smart plus non-Brooklyn picks for D. Cousins or Jimmy Butler.  :o
