Let's use the collective basketball intelligence we possess to pick apart his shot. Specifically his free throw shot.

His form is good on his shot. I'd like to see him change the position of his support hand slightly. His hands are to close together.

I think if someone told him to aim for the front of the rim and shoot softer. He's missing them all long, and The ball is spinning wild and spinning sideways, and he flicks his wrist a little to hard.

He has tremendous power in his shot, you could see that in the three pointer he hit to close the quarter out. That shot was deep and really easy for him. A great sign.

I believe someone needs to remind him of his power, and tell him to take some off at the stripe. 64% is unacceptable. I want to see him at 80% in two years time. It's a big deal for him to get this corrected.

I think he rushes the shot often on the first one, you have ten seconds, get a routine that works and stick to it.

Go to a cold windy outdoor place. Don't come home till you've made 500.  People need to get Uncomfortable to learn this shot

They have professional coaches that get paid quite a bit of money.  I'm sure they're on top of it.
