You never know.  Danny is doing his job...making calls.... and we all saw the smoke he caused.  We will trade any pick if the price is right.   And he'll "mislead us" (not sure what that means) right into another winning season 3 years after the rebuild.

So who would he trade for? Just give me a name that will actually be available in the next two years. Please don't say Griffin. There has been no legit reporter to make this claim that he is available. And why would Doc trade Griffin when Paul is a free agent next year too? It makes no sense at all.

The only guy is Cousins, and the Lakers are going to compete for him as well. Who knows if that guy ever gets traded anyway.

I'm just so tired of people holding out false hope. It's not the end of the world to build through the draft. Let's just enjoy it instead of living in a dreamworld.

Who knows....  Most of us are to much of a super fan.   So many variables out there.... we don't even know, we assume.

To point out that feeling of mislead....The end result this off season is the same (no added All-Star via trade)    Its so hard to get an All-Star.   So I don't think he is miss-leading us, just proving its very difficult to get an All-Star.

I can't name a player he will trade for.  It seems they all are expensive or not available..

I just know that Danny's made some calls, didn't like the return, so he felt it was in our best interest to wait and kick the tires at the trade deadline.  If the price is right he'll pull the trigger on "any" player that he might think will improve our team.

You seem like a guy who knows a lot of things.
Did you know Ibaka was available before that trade happened?
Right, nobody knows nothing. I'm really tired of the "nothing is reported" argument.

Well you've said Cousins, I still believe he should be the main target. Outside of that there are few "rumours" that make it to the public but I assume those in the business know more of the goings on in the league than us. A few names I would keep an eye on are Bledsoe, Lopez, Vucevic, Dragic, M Gasol, Hayward, Galinari, one of the Milwaukee guys and I'm interested to see how the GS team turns out in a few years. I figure at some point one of them will want to make their own legacy in a not too dissimilar way to LeBron leaving Miami.

Not all if any of those guys are superstars but all can be considered All Star calibre. And those are just the ones I consider obvious to watch out for. Who knows what New Orleans will look like in 2 years?

I think we may have the team we going to have at least until the trade deadline.

Actually it was widely reported they would consider trading Ibaka and that Ibaka was unhappy. Ibaka said he was unhappy publically during the season lol.

Anyways dude, keep dreaming. I'm just going to follow college basketball. I wanted them to draft Brown and they did. I'm very happy with him and will continue to enjoy following the Nets.
