I see a kid who was probably having the time of his life D-ing him up.  Brown did not dunk ON him.  He didn't grab his crotch or stare the kid town.  No biggy.  As a younger brother I can recall this sort of thing happening to me on a regular basis (maybe not to this extreme because my bro was no NBA player, but he may as well have been).
