Does Brown make Crowder expendable?

I love Crowder as a player, as he's one of the best two-way players on our roster. It seems like the Celtics have been very high on him as well, which may mean that the rest of the league is too. If Ainge absolutely loves Brown, does that make him more comfortable entertaining trade proposals that include Crowder?

I would look for Brown to develop into more of a Jimmy Butler type as a guy who is really at his best playing more like a guard with the ball in His hands.  Maybe not at first... but Stevens loves big guards so I think that's where they're hoping to play him..

Crowder is very valuable to this team, with a steal of a contract.  Still young enough to develop even further.  It would take a lot to part with him I think.

Maybe not for a few years.  Took Kobe until year 3 when he was Kobe.  It's unlikely Brown will be much of anything in year 1 as a 19 year old, but two years from now he could be a big piece.  He was a top-rated high schooler.

No but he does make Evan Turnover expendable.  I actually think Crowder might play a lot of 4 this year.
