When will draft trades actually happen now?

For example, if we make a deal, say with Philly, will Silver announce it before our pick, or will it happen later after we already pick a guy and just trade the rights to him?

same time we've always expected... when Boston is on the clock.

They have to first do their due diligence to make sure Ingram and SImmons don't slip.  Even if it seems unfathomable, you never know if maybe the Lakers or Philly trade the pick and some kind of madness happens.   Once we are on the clock and have a sense of all our options, Ainge probably pulls the trigger on something.

He also might just take the guy he thinks everyone wants (Dunn) and trade him after the selection.

We have a ton of picks, though... can almost guarantee we'll do something.
