Poeltl won't drop... too far.  Known commodity. He'll be strong.  One of the safest picks in this draft.

Skal could slide.  Chriss rising and other bigs pushing him down.

Skal Labissiere. He was viewed as a top 3 pick pre-season, and he might not even get picked in the lottery.

I'm shocked to see your response.  Shocked.

I never saw that coming either.

He tore his pec.

Nothing to suggest this here, but torn pec very common PED-related injury.

Where is the data on this? I often hear that, but that's not an accurate statement.

Yeah, I've heard the often on here, but haven't seen any evidence either. Hereford's pec tears brought that comment several times, yet he doesnt at all look like an HGH user. Also, where are Lebron's pec tears?

Pec tears are a result of either genetic disposition to them or too much workload on a relatively small muscle, usually as a result of either incorrect form and/or not having adaquate blood flow to the muscle (i.e. warmup). Besides, why would pectorals be the main victim of PED use? Why are other muscles immune?

LOL...I gotta ask, what did you think he meant by "pec" that you felt it was necessary to clarify?

He tore his pec.

At a workout for the Magic.  When top draft picks try to avoid workouts, this is why.  The more you work out for teams, the greater chance that you have an injury.

I said something like that about a week ago when someone accused Dunn and Bender of 'hiding'. If you are secure of your draft position projection, why risk injury?

Absolutely.  I say it all the time.  It's why players are willing to make promises with teams.  If someone tells you that you can shut down your workouts, is it worth it to keep trying to get a few slots higher?  Maybe for some it is, but Jones might fall out of the first round now, when 10 days ago he was encroaching on the top 10.  Although if that happens, hopefully he gets picked as soon as the second round starts.
