LOL!  Good find. And nestled inside that small sample we have the smaller samples of: 

"The Celtics are 2-4 in games where Smart scores 17 or more points."

and

"The Celtics are 5-0 in games where Smart scores 15 or 16 points."

Clearly this is compelling and something we should build strategy around!!!  We need to game-plan so that Marcus scores 15 or 16 points.  No higher.  No lower.
