I've learned to trust Ainge and I really do,   but at some point doesn't he have to trade some of these picks even if the deal isn't super great?   Look at last years picks.  Just sitting on the bench.  This draft he has so many he can't use them all.   I know he can wait for summer, but this seems like a mutiple trade scenario is the only way to clear some of them, no?

i agree with you about moving picks.  It could happen prior or during the draft as well, but the return then seems likely to be lower.

I think Ainge is right to be stingy with our current rotation players and with the Nets picks.  He should be overspending with the other picks and our bench young guys.

Makes no sense to trade Brooklyn pick for anyone that is on the market except Love.

I would say Love is not even worth it.

SF: Andrei Kirilenko '05-'06; Peja Stojakovic

Makes no sense to trade Brooklyn pick for anyone that is on the market except Love.  I'll pass on his no defense/fragile game.

I think one of the reasons you hoard picks is for swings of the bat.  Yes, some (OK, most) of these guys won't work out.  But by getting multiple picks, you increase your chance of finding a Rondo, Draymond Green, or DeAndre Jordan.  If we can get a guy who can help us, by all means trade the pick(s).  But otherwise, I'm happy to take a chance on a potential sleeper.

What bugs me a little is why at least Zeller was not traded.

We can't keep all these pfs for next season also

Zeller can still be traded by draft night? At what pt can his rights not be traded?

No.

He could be a part of a sign and trade after the July moratorium ends, but he can't be dealt at any other time (including at the draft)
I'm bitter.

You see

I don't know what Danny is thinking regarding this

Zeller could of fetched at least  a 2nd. Maybe even late 1sts

Where is the Value in that? He is a good player and helps us win games.

PF - Giannis Antetokounmpo/Tommy Heinsohn
SF - Kevin Durant/Billy Cunningham
SG - Bruce Bowen/David Thompson

Sullinger sticking around bothers me more.

Makes me worried we might actually re-sign him.
