that would be a very rare occasion, no?  he has the range to make it part of his game if need be was more my point, never said he was Channing Frye
He has no range whatsoever. No point in writing that.

sigh.....yes. he does. do some research for me one time before yelling how wrong i am. not great, but the ability to hit the mid range shot certainly is there, and growing.  plus his form certainly projects itself to him being able to take and make 3s with some work.

Except you said he already can stretch the floor and sometimes even 3s. Which he cleary can't. A lot different than saying, "His form looks nice, he can shoot 3s". Nice try though!

totally right. 3 pointers is absolutely the only way for a big to stretch the floor. certainly not pulling defenders out and opening the lane by forcing them to guard mid range jumpers. my mistake....

o wait.....

Noel is our best hope at this point.  Least talented of the three prospects the Sixers have, so probably the most gettable.

I think he wants to play here at his home.   He'd be better than most of our bigs.

Most???

Presently, Sully is a better scorer.  Several guys are better shooters than Noel.  Noel is a vastly better defender.

Try reading a stat line?

In my opinion I think the plan is to cut down on the big man/guard logjam and go after a scoring wing which again IMO is our biggest area of need. I'd go for Gallo and maybe try for Derozen.

But if we are truly going for a big, yeah i'd push for Noel if at all possible. Though I think with the events that transpired today we are far better set up for a Cousins trade than before

I've seen stats before, thanks.  Tell me this then, why would the 76ers never in a million years trade Nerlens straight up for Sully if Sully is better and only 2 years older?

Because they love 7 footers as much as Sullinger loves cake
