If Toronto is willing to trade those guys, it isn't a good sign for their pro prospects. Cabocolo has intruiging length+shooting, but is he actually good at basketball?

It looks like this trade is a ripoff for both sides. I think if we are moving on from KO then why not go for Bruno Caboclo. Lucas N. was just a toss in but still has the length of an elite center. I would do this trade.

We're moving on from KO just for the sake of it?

Would you trade KO for James Young and Fab Melo? That's basically what this deal is.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

We already traded Nogueira and a 2nd for KO on draft day, why would we now try to reverse the trade?
Because KO isn't very good.

I'd do the deal

Well its really an opinion/ idea. Some people would rather Sully over KO or even take a dif direction completely. I would take the chance of Bruno for KO.

I would trade KO for James Young. IMO James is gonna be a great shooter and fine player, much more valuable than KO.

Perceived value is what makes this trade interesting. Would I trade a role player for a shot at someone who has no equal physically for his position and looks to have some game....Ya.

A team of role players dude.
