Wouldnt the addition of Dragic and Sanders make this team interesting. Dragic wants minutes. If we have to give up a 1or don't throw things at me Avery Bradley. 1 for 1 Bradley for Dragic. This frees up guard minutes for Dragic and Smart. What the hell keep Thorton too with instant offense off the bench. Now Sanders just has to be motivated. Why not sign him and who knows if he decides to play and stay out of trouble what a signing. Interesting team if this can happen.

Sanders could ask for a lot more than what we're willing to gamble on

Plus he's out for the rest of the year dealing with personal problems

Last I read Sanders can come back anytime he wants. If he is willing to be bought out from that contract money is not the issue. The right fit is. He just needs to decide he wants to play.

I like the idea of bradley straight up for Dragic. I am not an AB fan and don't want his 4 year contract.

James Young is starting next year anyways so whats the need for Bradley?

Also, shedding AB's salary puts us in a great place for 2017 Free Agency and forward.

I agree we already have one guard in Smart who is a defensive bulldog but sometimes limited in his offense much the same as Bradley. Dragic a little more offensive minded. I like the idea. Also as you mentioned 4 yrs for Avery and his game no thanks. He might get hurt again at anytime. I think Young comes off the bench though next year because Dragic and Smart is awfully good.

Also not a fan of Bradley's contract so I wouldn't mind including him in a trade for Dragic, but I'd only make a run for him if he's willing to re-sign in Boston.

Sanders is a risk I'd take because of his talent and presumably low cost. If they were to work out, it would put the C's a star player away from being a very interesting team in the East.

What would give you the slightest indication that Sanders
A. Is interested in playing bball this year?
B. Would want to come to Boston?

Don't get me wrong would love what sanders could bring just don't see the feasibility of it.

I don't. Just dreaming! How about Dragic for Avery ? I would rather have Cousins but a pipe dream not going to happen until Karl says so. Sanders is a terrific defensive center when motivated. No picks just will you please decide you like basketball again.

Dragic will come if traded and I believe Stevens will convince him to stay. What the hell fire when ready. What guard does'nt like to hear that.

I think Dragic for Avery is a very realistic trade if the Cs want to pull the trigger. Sac will atleast give the rest of season to see how Karl and Cousins work together. If sanders can pull his head out of the pipe he still has some upside and could be a good player for a contender next year.

I read somewhere Sanders is receiving help for his problems, It's dificult for anyone to say if he is interested in playing ball this year. Except him.

Why wouldn't he want to come to Boston? He plays in Milwaukee...In Milwaukee he has two centers in front of him, in Boston he would step right in. Zeller could be his backup. He's very much the type of Center this team could really use. Other than Cousins, he would be a great addition.
