I'm not getting wrapped up in where the Clips and Mavs finish, because I'm not sure that we fans have all the necessary info about the pick protections, etc.  Obviously, we can all root that they don't make the playoffs, but I think that's fairly unlikely.

Sometimes Mock Drafters overlook owed picks due to laziness, but pick protections are generally public knowledge to my understanding.
